What counts as a call

Only qualified calls count toward your monthly allowance. A call is qualified when the caller completed at least the first three intake questions. Spam, hangups, wrong numbers, and pre-script abandons are not billed.

How overage is calculated

If your firm exceeds its monthly allowance, each additional qualified call is billed at the overage rate for your plan. Overage is metered in real time and appears in the dashboard so there are no end-of-month surprises. You can set a soft cap that pages your admin once usage crosses a threshold (e.g. 80% of allowance).

Annual vs monthly

  • Monthly — no commitment, cancel anytime.
  • Annual — list-price discount, paid up front, with a multi-year price freeze.
  • Multi-office — discount stacks for firms running multiple offices. Talk to sales.
