Does attorney-client privilege attach to what a caller tells ClaireAI?
Yes. Claire operates as your supervised intake agent, which under Model Rule 1.18 means everything a prospective client shares is treated as confidential to the same standard as a human paralegal taking the call. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in your tenant only, and never used to train any model. This is the opposite of pasting client facts into a consumer LLM — which the Heppner v. Claude ruling (2026) confirmed is not privileged because consumer LLMs' terms permit training on inputs.
